ANG NYEE NYEE

Ms Ang is a senior partner of Roger Tan & Partners (RTNP). She joined Nik Saghir & Ismail, Johor Bahru (the percursor of RTNP) as a legal assistant in June 1994. She was made a partner in 2004.

Ms Ang is the head of our banking and conveyancing division. She has many years of experience in handling various types of loan/financing and property development agreements.

She is also the non-executive chairman of Guan Chong Berhad.

She was also a member of the Conveyancing Practice Committee of the Johor Bar Committee (2002-2003).

• CLP, Malaysia.
• Advocate & Solicitor, High Court, Malaya.
