MANSOR BIN MUSA

En. Mansor is a partner in charge of the litigation department of Roger Tan & Partners (RTNP). Prior to joining RTNP, he was a partner of Messrs Andrew Wong & Co.

A law graduate of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (National University of Malaysia), his main area of practice since 1997 is in civil and banking litigation.

 

Under civil litigation, his scope of practice includes companies winding-up actions, landlord and tenant disputes, breach of contract and contractual claims, debt recovery actions for goods sold and delivered and enforcement of judgment proceedings against debtors.

For banking litigation, his scope of practice includes debt recovery actions and enforcement of judgment proceedings against defaulting borrowers and hirers under loan and hire-purchase agreements, respectively.

He had also acted for insurers in running down actions for several years.

• Bachelor of Laws (Hons), National University of Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia).
• Advocate & Solicitor, High Court Malaya.
