Joel Tan Wei Han
Joel is a partner of Roger Tan & Partners (RTNP). He currently manages our Kuala Lumpur branch and oversees the Corporate department of the firm. Joel joined Roger Tan & Partners in October 2022 as a senior associate. Prior to joining the firm, he completed his pupillage and practised as an associate at a leading international law firm in Kuala Lumpur.
Joel has advised local and foreign clients on corporate and commercial matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign direct investment, corporate restructuring, personal data protection, franchise, employment law, foreign exchange controls and general corporate and commercial law. He has also advised clients in a wide range of industries such as food and beverage, construction, pharmaceutical, technology and real estate.
Joel was a member of the Corporate and Commercial Law Committee of the Malaysian Bar Council (2021-2022).
